its 2am and i have no idea why i m stil wide awake,
with paeds ending 2 weeks ago, i am actually quite free in commed, until i started to feel bored ..
of facebooking and watching runningman
achieve nothing academically so far, yet :P

but i am happy that today i have finally meet with the department hod and done a good deed for an old fren :) when they seem to be so stern in the classroom but they are really helpful in person! heartfelt thank you to both of them .. keeping finger crossed for my dear old fren! as time goes by, started to appreciate the 10+/ even 20 - year friendship much more, we share our childhood memories together which is the best part of our lives -- the part when we live without worries of what is going to happen tomorrow, we play without any hesitations and we really have ALOT of fun back then :)

time to work on community medicine research :( though research is really beneficial to the community but i just cant tolerate the process X( have no idea what topic should I do still *blankmode*

Its 220am now, still staring blankly on the laptop screen, planning to go gym tomorrow morning, all days of sitting and gravitation effect will lead to tightening of pants which subsequently cause mental stress which is harmful to health .. getting 5 alarm ready for tomorrow oh yea!
